    Log your refund request
    You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer support center to log a return.

    Prepare the return parcel
    Pack the product in its original packaging and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit.

    Courier collection
    Our couriers will send you an SMS reminder the morning of your selected collection date.

    • Please have the order number ready for the item(s) you want to return; our customer support team will use this order number to log your return. You will find your order number in the initial order confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order.
    • Confirm with our customer support team, via email or telephonically, where your order can be collected and the date and time you will be available for collection.

    • All purchased products must be returned in its original state, with the identification/price tickets still attached and in original packaging.
    • Purchased products must not have been worn.
    • All returns will be done at invoice price.
    • No returns on sale and promotional items.
    • A refund will be presented in the original method of tender, provided that all criteria in the returns policy are met.
    • All returns will only be considered, if lodged within 14 days of purchase.
    • Please note that we cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.
    • If you have received a promotional gift with your purchase, then we require that this be returned when the purchased item is returned. Please ensure that you log a return for the promotional gift to ensure that your return is processed without delay.


    • Items on sale

    Due to hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept returns on:

    • Underwear, Swimsuits and socks.
    • Altered merchandise.
    • Merchandise that has been damaged due to negligence or normal wear and tear.
    • Merchandise used for a purpose other than what is intended.

    You will not be charged for shipping, provided that your return meets the criteria listed in our and not because merchandise has been damaged due to negligence.

    Once we have received the returned product in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days.

    Please note that we cannot accommodate in store refunds at this time.
